With extensive experience in supporting people with disabilities and complex needs. Anna has diverse experience working in roles including mental health, disability services, and child and family services. Anna has extensive experience both in a leadership role and as a specialist case manager supporting out-of-home care, health, criminal justice, educational organisations. She is passionate about person-centered planning and people reaching their goals and dreams to live a good life. Having worked in the disability and community sector for over 33 years in roles including specialist case manager, coach and mentor, specialist support coordinator, and a child and family services practitioner. Anna has supported people with a disability and families in a variety of settings including community, education, health, supported accommodation and respite, working in government, private and not-for-profit organisations. Anna has strong community connections and believes in working collaboratively for the best outcomes. With Anna’s hands-on leadership and support, Coast Transitional Support provides NDIS participants with choice and control on their NDIS spending, allowing participants to lead rich and rewarding lives.
