Our Aim
In order to link our migrant population with general practitioners, the Multicultural Care Navigation Programme was created. In addition to encouraging the use of appropriate health services, our goals are to increase health literacy and empower participants to get a deeper understanding of the Australian health care system.

- Other stakeholders identified through the Central Coast Multicultural Interagency group.
